Route C5: WINE EXPLORATION IN THE ZNOJMO REGION

Nový Šaldorf – Oblekovice – Strachotice – Slup – Oleksovičky – Jaroslavice pond – Jaroslavice – Dyjákovičky – Chvalovice – Chvalovice wine alley – Nový Šaldorf

From Nový Šaldorf ride to Oblekovice where you turn right onto the main road. After roughly 700m, turn left towards Jaroslavice and continue via Načeratice, Derflice, Strachotice to Slup (you can visit the Baroque mill there). Turn left there towards Oleksovičky and then turn right before the bridge and follow the green-marked tourist trail. Go past the Jaroslavice pond to reach the village centre in Jaroslavice. Follow the cycling trail no. 5007 through the village and turn left. After a slight climb you will reach crossroads just outside the village and you turn right there. A slight climb will take you under the Kočičí hill, followed by a very steep descent and then a long climb to Lampelberg crossroads (you can visit Lampelberg, 2.6km, elevation 25m). Go straight until you reach U Ivana crossroads where you turn right. In Dyjákovičky, turn left by the pub and follow the Greenway cycling trail through Chvalovice to Waldberg winery. After approx. 300m take a left turn through the gate. After a steep descent join the green-marked tourist trail that will take you to Šaldorf cellars and then go right along the small road to the starting point.
